Elvir, Edita, Vernes, Vanesa i Gordana
Elvir Đuliman
Elvir Djuliman joined the NDC Mostar in 2000 as one of the co-founders. Elvir has been leading NDC Mostar since 2007. His main responsibilities are project development, reporting, fundraising as well as implementing integrated education and peace education activities and training in a number of municipalities. As an experienced trainer from the field of dialogue, conflict transformation and mediation, Elvir believes that developing a local dialogue process is essential for sustainable peacebuilding. Elvir studied Economy and Management at University of Dzemal Bijedic Mostar and Applied Conflict Transformation Studies (the University of Novi Sad and Responding to Conflict, Birmingham).
Gordana Aničić
Gordana Aničić as a dialogue worker is part of the NDC Mostar since 2003. She’s in charge of the social media communication and project management.
Through her work in NDC Mostar she has been encouraging inter-ethnic dialogue among citizens of Mostar and Herzegovina region.
Gordana believes that dialogue and nonviolent communication is a language of life. She holds LSPR diploma in Public Relations and Nansen Academy diploma “Democracy, Human Rights and Peaceful Conflict Resolution”.
Over the years, Gordana participated in many trainings for trainers in field of dialogue, democracy, conflict transformation and mediation.
Vanesa Galić
Vanesa Galic is a part of Nansen Education Team working on creating teaching materials, workshops in the field of nonviolent communication and peace education and providing lectures and trainings to various groups including teachers, youth and parents. Vanesa believes that good quality education is an essential tool for achieving a more sustainable world. She is also interested in formal and non-formal educational design and development with special interest in teacher training, alternative approaches to global security, gender issues, etc. Vanesa studied English language and literature and Croatian language and literature at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Mostar.
Vernes Voloder
Vernes Voloder works as a Public Relations officer at NDC Mostar, and he is responsible for managing various projects related to peacebuilding, democracy and social activism.
Vernes is committed to fostering a culture of dialogue as an important precondition for resolving conflicts in divided communities and developing peaceful and inclusive societies.
Vernes holds a BA in Communication Studies from the University of Dzemal Bijedic Mostar.
He has completed several media and public relations programs, including the BBC School of Journalism and the London School of Public Relations.
Edita Zovko
Edita Zovko is part of the Nansen Education Team working on creating teaching materials and workshops in the field of nonviolent communication and peace education. Edita believes that education, both formal and informal, as the most powerful and proven means of sustainable development should be a combination of upbringing and education in the service of individual interests and needs, as well as social values and achievements. In addition to creating workshops and sections for schools, she conducts trainings for teachers in the field of peace education and non-violent communication and inter-ethnic dialogue. Edita holds a BA in English and Croatian language from the University of Mostar.
